Luis Vasquez is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor (LAPC) practicing at Crossroads Counseling and Wellness. He earned his MS in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Scranton and received the Direct Service and Advocacy Award from the Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Association.
